mTw win Danish Esport League

Danish Esport League season 4 concludes as mTw defeated XLBet.ATS in the grand final.

The fight between mTw and XLBet.ATS continued today when the two played the Danish Esport League season 4 grand final. The World Cyber Games champions had been struggling with XLBet.ATS in their last matchups and XLBet.ATS seemed to continue their solid grip on mTw on the first map. XLBet.ATS secured the first map being nuke, with 16:11 on nuke and looked more ignited that mTw.

On dust2 mTw won with a small margin as terrorists with 9:6 at halftime. The CT setup worked out just perfect in the beginning for mTw, but as soon as XLBet.ATS figured out their setup, they managed to get key rounds by overtaking the bombspots over and over. The map did however end with a victory with mTw when winning 16:13.

Moving on to third and all deciding map inferno, mTw picked CT after winning the kniferound. The mTw defense did however not work at all. XLBet.ATS executed entering and eliminating mTw members on the bombspots just fine and XLBet.ATS secured a 10:5 halftime score as terrorists. XLBet.ATS should as CT have a taste of what they did to mTw in the first half. The bombspots got overtaken by mTw close to perfectly and mTw closed the big gab XLBet.ATS had built up first half. The match did get down to the wire again but with mTw pulling out victoriously with a 16:12 win.

This concludes the Danish Esport League season 4. For the second time in a row, mTw is crowned champions, XLBet.ATS finishing second.

The Danish teams will now have a break from Danish Esport League, while mTw and XLBet.ATs both are participating in Extreme Masters III Main Round and ESL Pro Series Scandinavia.
